After we bought the old manor, we decided to convert the old coach house into a holiday home. The gate through which the carriage used to be driven in, is now the entrance to our gite Le Chariot.

A wonderful house to completely unwind. Equipped with comfortable beds and a cozy living room with wood stove and open kitchen. The cottage is fully equipped. There are board games, we have an extensive library of both movies and books. In the large garden there are several seating areas where you can read a book in the sun or in the shade or just do nothing. You can use the wood-fired sauna, hot tub, or small swimming pool. There is a barbecque ready for use, there is a swing, a trampoline and we have badminton set, baseball equipment, basketball net for general use.

There are beautiful walking routes, cycling routes in the area and after a trip by car you will find even more fun trips. A top holiday!

Hello, welcome to this page of our gite in Brittany. We are the Ipenburg family, who moved to this great place in the heart of Brittany 7 years ago. We have converted our coach house into a very cozy vacation home and we offer this for rent. Come and relax in the beautiful and peaceful green heart of Brittany. Bienvenue !!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In before and after season, the changeover day can also be on another day.
The prices are based on a weekly price per cottage with a maximum of 5 people.
The price includes bath, bed, kitchen linen, electricity, gas, water, wifi. Use of the washing machine and dryer. No other additional costs!!!

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must confirm this by email to the renter.
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the written cancellation by the tenant/
-cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: Free of charge
-cancellation between the 90th and 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of rent
-cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
-cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he/she will not make any use of the rented property, he/she will continue to owe the full rent.
