Bacquiès is the name of the estate, built in 1883. Accommodation with a restored farmhouse and barn converted into a dwelling, a communal area between the two properties and a fully enclosed garden with heated outdoor swimming pool (9x6m), terrace and shade garden, surrounded by the farmland of Septfonds.
Septfonds is located in the Tarn-et-Garonne, in the south-west of France, in the Occitanie region and about 1 km from the farm. It is a small, welcoming town with the main amenities: butcher, bakery, small supermarket, petrol station and a few restaurants. The Hat Festival takes place every year in July and other events are organised throughout the year.
The farmhouse is entirely on one level and includes a large living room with wood burner and access to the terrace. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen has a dining area for 8 people. A washing machine is located in the laundry room.
There are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90cm), one of which has access to the terrace, a bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a disabled room with a double bed (160cm) and an en-suite bathroom adapted for disabled people.
There is a bathroom with bath, double sink and toilet and an additional separate toilet.
The barn converted into a dwelling has a bright living room with a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, washing machine).
The master bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and the bathroom with shower are on the ground floor. On the mezzanine there are two single beds (90cm) and an attic bedroom with a low ceiling and a sofa bed for children.
In the common room (32m2) there is a table tennis table and a variety of indoor and outdoor games, such as pétanque, badminton and croquet, as well as a gas barbecue.
