This gîte is located in the characteristic courtyard of Lavau, a small-scale holiday domain and is a wonderfully spacious 4-person gîte with a large private terrace.
La Colline is a comfortable gîte suitable for 4 people, but of course it is also a good place to be for two. The gîte is built in an old stable. A new gîte, which more than meets all the requirements of our time, but where many authentic details have been preserved. We give you a short 'tour'; You enter the living room with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, ceramic hob with extractor hood, microwave and of course plenty of pots, pans, kitchen utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery on the right. The living room has a cozy dining and sitting area where of course a television with DVD player and a mini hi-fi set are not missing. Furthermore, the ground floor offers a toilet and a spacious storage cupboard.
On the first floor there is one bedroom with a double bed of 160 * 200 cm, and one with two single beds of 90 * 200 cm. The bathroom has a spacious "rain shower" (120 * 80 cm.), a bathroom cabinet with double sink and a second toilet.
Outside, La Colline offers a large, fenced, private terrace with comfortable garden furniture where you can enjoy the outdoors. The enclosed terrace is surrounded by a large, quiet car-free courtyard, a grass/playing field and another spacious terrace with a beautiful panoramic view and breathtakingly beautiful sunsets.
To complete your holiday feeling, you will find on arrival:
