THE HOUSE
The house has a plot of about 4000 m2 fully fenced with a 150cm high fence. The site has a driveway for cars, where several cars can be parked. From here there is a gravel path leading up to the house, with a large stone staircase leading up to the front door. At the top of the stairs is a covered terrace, where you can eat together or play a game. On this terrace is also the front door of the house. You enter a cozy kitchen, with a large old fireplace (can be used if necessary), and a sitting area. The kitchen and a large dining table are also located here. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, 4 burner stove with extractor hood and all necessary kitchen utensils. There is also an old stone sink here, an old element of the house that has been preserved.
From the kitchen you walk down a hallway to an original old wooden door, again an old feature preserved in the house, which leads to a bedroom (bedroom 4 in the photos) with a double bed. This spacious room has an old fireplace, which used to be used as a fireplace (no longer in use). In this bedroom you enter via a staircase that leads down to a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Back in the hallway of the kitchen, a wooden staircase leads upstairs, which used to be the attic. All the old wooden beams are still visible, and here too an old wooden door leading to bedroom 1 has been preserved. Bedroom 1 is a spacious bedroom with 2 double beds and 1 single bed.
Through a hallway you enter bedroom 2 (with double bed) and bedroom 3 (with double bed). The bathroom has a shower with a large bath, a toilet and a sink.
If you come with more than 11 people or people who prefer not to have to climb stairs too often, our two person gite is available. This is located on the ground floor next to the house. Here you have a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom/living room. For this we charge an additional amount of €250.00
On the other side of the kitchen we have built a new terrace that gives direct access to the garden with the swimming pool with a large staircase.
Towels, bath towels and bed linen is all provided.
There is also wifi (Fiber).
THE GARDEN
In the spacious, tree- and plant-covered garden, you really have a place for yourself. Here you will find the swimming pool with a terrace with sunbeds and chairs to relax during your well-deserved holiday.
In addition, there is a large barn with a lounge, ping pong table, pool table and a refrigerator. You can always use this and if you want to sit outside longer than 22:00 with some nice music, you can sit here perfectly.
We live in a converted barn on the property with our own private garden. So you have complete privacy. However, we are always available if you need us.
