Our Manoir is located in the Dordogne valley, opposite the majestic castle of Castelnau-Bretenoux in the north of the Lot department.
The Manoir was built around 1450 by the Benedictine monk Gilles del Bosc, abbot of the monastery in nearby Carennac.
The estate consists of its own park garden with various terraces and seating areas surrounded by 10 hectares of forest and meadow including its own lake. The area is ideal for cycling and walking. You have to take into account that the Manoir itself is a bit higher so you start with a steep short descent and you end up with the same, but uphill.
The beautiful authentic 4-person apartment, with its own entrance on the north side of the Manor, offers a beautiful view. The living room with large fireplace, dining table and the cozy sitting area with television and WiFi create a unique ambiance. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will not be short of anything to put delicious meals on the table. 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, completes the picture. Step outside onto the private terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture and the possibility to barbecue.
As a guest in our Manoir you have exclusive access to the park garden and the extensive estate with forests, meadows and a natural lake.
