In the nearby villages you will find colourful markets with fresh local produce, and throughout the summer there are village festivals, concerts and flea markets to visit. Good restaurants and wine châteaux can be found everywhere. One of the best restaurants with a lovely terrace under the chestnut trees can be found less than 5 minutes from here.
