On our 1.5 hectare site there are 2 identical houses with a shared swimming pool in between.
The wooden holiday home is spacious (13m X 6m) and has a lovely spacious veranda on the side and back where you can enjoy a nice glass of wine at the long dining table until late in the evening. The large patio doors ensure that life in the house is perhaps the most important here.
The large ground floor is a very light space due to the loft (3m x 3m) in the middle of the room and the large windows where you can enjoy living at the freestanding bar, at the long dining table or the relaxed sitting area. The kitchen is of course fully equipped so that not only on the barbecue but also on the large freestanding gas stove a (French) dinner can be cooked together.
On the upper floor you will find 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms: 2 master bedrooms of 4.5m x 3m, 1 double room with 2 freestanding beds and 1 children's room with cozy colors and a bunk bed. Of course, there are also cots available for the little ones.
Finally, on both sides of the loft, there are 2 beautifully finished bathrooms. One with shower room and double sink and one with bath, rain shower and spacious single sink.
The house is located on a private area of 1.5 hectares which is shared with a 2nd (more or less identical) house. The houses can be rented separately or together and are surrounded by grass on all sides. The large 5 meter long shutters that can be slid in front of all windows and doors ensure that the sun can be kept out during the day but that the morning sun will not shine into your eyes too early.
On the property you will find a second (identical) house between which is the swimming pool for shared use. The pool is 4.0m x 11.5m and is 1.70m deep. Around the pool is a 3.5m wide terrace where you can spend the day very relaxed on the lounge sofas or sunbeds.
Comfort inside:
A spacious living room with large sofas, a long 8-seater dining table and a robust wood stove. The open kitchen is equipped with a freestanding 5 burner gas stove with large gas oven (90cm), double sink, large freestanding fridge / freezer and dishwasher. The freestanding bar is equipped with 3 bar stools. In the utility room you will find the toilet, washing machine, dryer and extra storage space.

Outdoor comfort:
Spacious veranda (50m2), gas BBQ, sunbeds, large dining tables. A very large trampoline and a table tennis table as well as swings for the smallest children.
Swimming pool:
The pool is 4.0 meters wide, 11.5 m long and 1.7 m deep. The swimming pool is located in the middle of both houses and is available to the guests of both houses. On the wide terrace around the pool there are 2 lounge corner sofas and a number of sunbeds, chairs and parasols. The 'pool-house' has outside light and the pool is equipped with spotlights so that you can also take a dip in the evening.
Bowl:
Behind the 'pool house' is our jeu de boule court. Indispensable of course and with a glass of wine in hand, the balls are ready for you!
