Domaine Quintèss is located in Paulhiac/Monflanquin. We are located in the green department of Lot-et-Garonne, just below the Dordogne. Monflanquin has been chosen as one of the 'most beautiful villages of France' and is located between Agen, Bergerac, Bordeaux and Toulouse.
The 4.6 ha site is surrounded by agricultural fields and woods. The quiet location with no direct view of the terrain has a heated swimming pool (14m x 6m) with a beautiful panoramic view. The covered terrace of 100m² offers cooling during the hot summer days. Sun loungers with parasols are available free of charge on the open terrace around the pool. The domain also has a private parking for guests.
The house is equipped with all the necessary luxuries and is stylishly furnished, completely in harmony with the rural surroundings. Each room has the necessary cooling with air conditioning. At the same time, you can also heat yourself in the winter periods with the wood stove (free wood available) and central heating. The house has a private terrace and a private outdoor room.
At Domaine Quintèss there are two holiday homes, 'the house' and 'the gîte'. There is also a studio on the domain. The swimming pool and large covered terrace by the pool is shared with the guests present. Given the size of the domain, we can guarantee every guest's privacy as the holiday homes are at a sufficient distance from each other.
