Super nicely furnished holiday villa with large fenced private pool within walking distance of the charming medieval town of Eymet, not far from Bergerac. Your holiday home has a beautiful enclosed garden ... ideal for your dog(s) and/or children. At the pool downstairs you have a nice terrace, but there is also a spacious balcony with seats, located on the south. The owner is a wine producer, don't forget to ask about her delicious wines! In any case, we are fans of it!

Inside
Through the central hall you enter the cozy living room with sliding doors to the terrace. Upon entering, your "oriental experience" begins, because the owner is very well-traveled and you can see that in all the little details! The cozy dining room has access to the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave and in the utility room you will find the fridge, freezer and washing machine. On the^1st floor 3 large bedrooms, one of which is fun for the children with 3 single beds. There are a total of 7 sleeping places and in each room there is room for a baby cot. On the same floor you will find a spacious bathroom.

Outside
Very quietly located within walking distance of the town. The south-facing fully fenced garden offers plenty of privacy and the large swimming pool is secured by a fence. There is plenty of parking space in front of the house.

Environment
Eymet is a tourist town from the thirteenth century, with a lively provincial market every Thursday morning. When I visited this house I was allowed to have a bite to eat in the local pizzeria in the evening, what a beautiful and cozy village! It is located 20 minutes from Bergerac airport (flights from Rotterdam with Transavia possible). Tourist attractions in the area are: a trip to Sarlat and Bergerac, a visit to the many castles and caves and how about a wonderful canoe trip on the Dordogne. The route du vin is also a must for wine lovers! Of course, there are also sports activities, such as cycling, hiking, rowing on the Dordogne river and golf at the Vigiers Castle (6-9 and 18 holes).
