OUR 2 PERSON GÎTE

An attractive gîte in our main building with cozy dining area/lounge area, private sanitary facilities and a kitchen with many amenities. We have two Labradors that roam freely. Your dog (according to the French standard: category 3) is welcome in consultation and can also walk around freely, we do not accept shepherds.

A FILLED FRIDGE ON REQUEST
If desired, you can order breakfast (daily). Inquire what you and your group would like to have for breakfast. On request, we can fill the refrigerator with chilled drinks and/or tasty snacks. Please indicate your choice at least one week before you check in. This can be done via our email, telephone or contact form.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?
Peace, space and relaxation. We offer 2 guesthouses, one for 2 people and one for 4 people. We only focus on visitors over 12 years old so that you can optimally enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. Chambre en pierre is located on top of a hill and offers a lot of privacy and spectacular views. The property is surrounded by 6 hectares of agricultural land and 11 hectares of forest. The long driveway minimizes noise pollution from sporadic passing traffic.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

CANCELLATION BY THE TENANT.
It is the responsibility of the renter to take out travel and/or cancellation insurance if necessary. Any cancellation of a booking must be notified to the landlord in writing or by e-mail. We do not refund money in the event of cancellation of a rebooking. Refunds of payments for a booking will be made in accordance with the following regulations:
  • Cancellation 56 days or more before the start of the stay: 100% refund of the agreed rent, minus € 75 cancellation costs
  • Cancellation between the 56th day and the 42nd day before the start of the stay: 50% refund of the agreed rent, minus € 75 cancellation costs
  • Cancellation between the 42nd day and the 28th day before the start of the stay: 25% refund of the agreed rent, no cancellation costs
  • Cancellation between the 28th day and the start of the stay: no refund If the tenant does not use the gîte or leaves it before the end of the rental period, no refund will be made.
