Chez Jan et Nicole - Gite Tolhuis

Gite Tolhuis is located right on the Lot (6 meters) and indeed used to be a toll house for long-sailing boats. For years now it has been a gite, perfect for anglers. Completely renovated in the winter of 2024 and equipped with a fully equipped extra outdoor kitchen on the spacious covered terrace and a new saltwater swimming pool has been built adjacent to this terrace.

The gite has two bedrooms on the first floor, both with bathroom/shower and toilet. One bedroom has a double bed (160:200) and the other two single beds (90/200). On the ground floor there is a 3rd toilet. The large TV in the living room has a chromecast and the gite is equipped with fast fibre optics, so if you bring your own apps, you can watch everything you can watch at home. Tolhuis has a terrace on three sides, so you can choose sun or shade at any time of the day.

By the way, Gite Tolhuis is a real fishing paradise, which is why a new staircase and two new jetties have been constructed, one of which is especially for belly boat anglers.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

All prices mentioned for this gite in the mentioned periods is for 4 people maximum. Cancellation policy: If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable to accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must inform the landlord immediately. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 90 days before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 60% and from 1 week until the start date of the rental period 90%.
