The holiday home is quietly located on the edge of the Dutch holiday park Village Ocelandes. In 2010, the park won the award for the best holiday park in South West France, which we are of course very proud of.
From the house and from the terrace you have an unobstructed view over the countryside. The wide sandy beaches of the Atlantic coast are about 7 km away. Your holiday destination is an excellent base for visiting cities such as Bordeaux (approx. 1 hour drive) and the Spanish seaside resort of San Sebastian (approx. 1.5 hours drive).

We are Dorien and Mark and have a holiday in South West France since 2005. Especially the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic coast and the pleasant climate with plenty of sunshine us decided to buy a house here. Because we always have fun with our house we attach great importance to our tenants also have to their liking. We are therefore very pleased that we have nothing but enthusiastic responses from our tenants.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

The bright living room has a flat-screen TV with Dutch channels. There is also a DVD player and stereo system. From the living room you have a view of the garden.

The open kitchen is luxurious and has a combination microwave with grill, dishwasher, electric hob and spacious refrigerator with freezer.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms

The bathroom has a shower and double sink. The washing machine is also located in the bathroom.

The house has a spacious private garden with lots of privacy. Of course, there is garden furniture available to eat in the garden or enjoy the sun. If you have had enough of the sun, you can use the electric awning. The house is located on the edge of the park and from the garden you have an unobstructed view of the French landscape. With a bit of luck you will see a deer walking from the garden.

Near the reception building, the range is okay.

For the more energetic among you there is near enough to doen.Op the park there are opportunities for swimming, bowling, tennis, basketball, volleyball, voetbal.U can also explore the wooded area by foot, bicycle or horse. Also along the beach you can walk endlessly without meeting anyone komen.Het is also possible to canoe huren.Daarnaast there for several challenging golf courses in the area to hit the ball. The Atlantic coast is known for its high waves which are ideal for surfing.

The house is a perfect base for a beach holiday. With the car within 10 minutes on the sandy beaches of the Atlantic coast (Contis Plage). You can also cycle through the woods to the beach, cycling, this trip takes about 30 minuten.In the village of St Julien en Born Bicycles can huren.Bij the Contis Plage are several restaurants and cafes aanwezig.De beaches and Biaritz Mimizan are also worth visiting.

There are several interesting places in the environment worth visiting are the popular resorts zijn.Zo Mimizan Biaritz, Capbreton and St Jean de Luz and the northern Spanish resort of San Sebastian, where you can eat delicious tapas. It is also possible for wine tasting in the picturesque Saint-Emilion or a terrace or pick a day of shopping in Bordeaux.Zelfs Lourdes is well doen.Als you love nature, the Pyrenees is definitely recommended.
