If for any reason the tenant wishes to cancel the reservation, he must confirm this by email to the owner

The landlord charges the following amounts based on the date of cancellation in writing from the tenant:

30 days before the start of the rental 30% of the rental price

14 days before the start of the rental 50% of the rental price

on the day of the rental 100% of the rental price.

Als de huurder om welke reden dan ook de reservering wil annuleren, moet hij dit per e-mail aan de eigenaar bevestigen.

De eigenaar brengt de volgende bedragen in rekening op basis van de datum van de schriftelijke annulering door de huurder:

30 dagen voor aanvang van de huur: 30% van de huurprijs

14 dagen voor aanvang van de huur: 50% van de huurprijs

Op de dag van aanvang van de huur: 100% van de huurprijs.
