The villa has three bedrooms, one bedroom has a double bed (180x200) and a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds (80x200) and one of these bedrooms has French doors to the terrace. There is a second bathroom with shower and double sink. The second toilet is located in the hallway. Driving along the winding roads and through the vineyards of the beautiful Minervois area, you will come to the rustic village of Siran and look out onto the ridge of the Motangne Noir where this newly renovated villa is located. Once you arrive at the friendly villa with heated private pool, you look out over this amazing area to the Pyrenees. Returning from a day at the beach or one of the many other entertainment options that this region has to offer, it is wonderful to relax under the covered terrace by the private pool. The view you have at this villa remains breathtaking and constantly changes due to the movement of the light of the sun. The village of Siran is close by for delicious fresh croissants and pain au chocolat, for a cup of coffee or a delicious lunch on the terrace of the bar together with the locals. The pleasant heated private swimming pool is adjacent to the covered terrace with dining table where you also have the great view and can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. In the right you come out on the terrace in front of the living room where you can relax in the lounge set and enjoy the tranquility, the beautiful natural surroundings and of course a nice local wine. Of course there are sunbeds for relaxing under the French sun. There is a BBQ at your disposal and you can park the car in front of the house on the private property. This house has the changeover day on Sunday.
