Welcome to Villa L'Émeraude, a beautiful villa for 6 people, located in a green oasis on the wooded heights of the Montagne Noire, in Siran (34210). Here you will enjoy spectacular views of the rolling countryside as far as the Pyrenees, absolute tranquility and modern comfort with a private heated swimming pool, a large covered terrace, air conditioning and a landscaped garden. An ideal base to discover the Minervois, with nature, heritage and enjoyment of life.

The living space (40 m²) is light and airy, with a comfortable seating area and a modern open plan kitchen (8 m²), fully air-conditioned and connected to the terrace via large sliding windows.

Two bedrooms with double bed (160x200) and direct access to the outside
One bedroom with two single beds (90x200)
Two bathrooms (one with bath), each with toilet
Washing machine available in the utility room
