Villa L'Emeraude

Sitting under the large covered terrace with a glass of local wine, you look out over the heated private swimming pool and the beautiful wooded area. You look out over the rolling landscape of the Minervois to the Pyrenees. The villa is very attractive and completely furnished. The location, tranquility and comfort of the villa itself make it a wonderful starting point for your perfect holiday. In the village of Siran there are some small shops (bakery, grocery, restaurant, bar.) and 15 minutes away by car are several large supermarkets and other shops. The villa is located on the slopes of the Montagne Noir mountains and is surrounded by fantastic views, great nature spots, walking and mountain bike trails and the beach is relatively close. Many attractions are a short distance from this house and it is wonderful to come back and relax at this villa after a day out. The living room (40m²) and the open kitchen (8m²) and air conditioning open out onto the covered terrace with French doors. There are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds (160x200) and patio doors leading outside. The third bedroom has 2 single beds (90x200). There are two bathrooms, one with a bath. Both bathrooms have a toilet. The washing machine and dryer are in the storage room. Adjacent to the living room is the covered terrace, the sun terrace with swimming pool (4x8) and the wonderful view over the rolling landscape. You can relax on the sunbeds around the heated swimming pool. The house is surrounded by the beautifully landscaped garden. A relaxing game of pétanque is possible on your own court, or a fanatical table tennis match is also possible. From the house you can walk straight into the impressive nature with all its different facets. There is of course a BBQ at your disposal. The parking lot is located on the side of the site.
