From the large living room and from the covered terrace a beautiful and unique view, over the private pool, on the rolling vineyards of the Minervois. In the distance -80 km- you can see the Pyrenees. The spacious villa has a high level of hygiene, is maintained with care, is very complete, very attractive and comfortably furnished with air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.
Living room with air conditioning, stylish and tastefully decorated with a 3 seater sofa, 4 armchairs, coffee table, flat screen TV with 50 Dutch and other channels via satellite + Chromecast. Radio/CD player. Books, magazines and games.
