Adjacent to the living room is the terrace with the dining table. Directly connected to it is the swimming pool (4x6) with underwater lighting. Around the house are several seating areas in sun or shade to relax and enjoy the peace, space and of course the great view. The beautifully decorated garden with atmospheric garden lighting completes the picture. There is of course a BBQ at your disposal.

The living room with large open kitchen (25m²) is equipped with all necessary equipment and has air conditioning. A door leads to a connecting terrace with a view of the swimming pool. The bedroom with a double bed (200x200: two mattresses) is spacious and functional with its own closet. The bathroom is practical with sink, toilet, shower. The washing machine is also located here. The beautifully landscaped garden and the many seating areas mean that you can find a nice spot at any time of the day to enjoy the beautiful nature, the rolling landscape and the tranquility that this place has to offer. Highly recommended for foodies. This lovely house located on the ridge of the Montagne Noir with a magnificent view over the 'Minervois' and the Corbières' as far as the Pyrenees, has everything you can expect to spend a wonderful time. The house is practical, attractively decorated and of course fully furnished.

In the nice village of Siran are some small shops (bakery, restaurant, bar). From the house you can walk straight into the overwhelming nature of the Montagne Noir and there are many places of interest to visit within a short distance of the house.

We rent and take care of holiday villas for private owners who are not personally able to offer their home. These owners want holidaymakers to be able to enjoy an optimal holiday in their beautiful home. They have therefore entrusted their home to our team. We take care of everything regarding the rental and maintenance of their villa, garden and swimming pool. Everything will therefore be in tip-top shape upon your arrival. A Bientôt.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Additional costs: reservation costs 50.00 euros, final cleaning 75.00 euros and consumption costs according to the electricity meter, deposit 500 euros, tourist tax per adult per night. From 2025 bed linen will be included per person.

5. Cancellation of reservationAny cancellation must be made in writing (preferably by e-mail to (*CONTENT HIDDEN*)). The tenant will receive a cancellation confirmation from Les Résidences du Soleil. Cancellation is free of charge up to 60 days before arrival (only reservation costs are retained). After this period, the deposit and reservation costs will be retained. In case of cancellation within 30 days prior to the rental period, the reservation costs as well as 100% of the total rent are due. In the event of cancellation, the tourist tax and the rented and paid items will be refunded. Early departure before the end of the rental period does not entitle the tenant to a refund of the amount paid. If you do not show up at the place of your stay, we will retain compensation of 100% of the total amount of your reservation. We advise our tenants to cancel and travel insurance with an insurance company. We cannot be held liable for fortuitous events, force majeure, climatic events, legal or administrative decisions that disrupt, interrupt or prevent the stay
