Authentic building stone gîte, living room kitchen upstairs, bedroom, shower and toilet cool downstairs. Fully furnished living floor with leather 2 and 3 seater sofa, television, private wifi, air conditioning, fans, microwave oven, games.

Ground floor 2 bed 1.40 x 2 mtr. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Possibly for 3rd person (child) a folding bed can be placed in the bedroom.
Outside 2 terraces, 1 downstairs and 1 upstairs with views of garden and swimming pool.

Use of communal saltwater swimming pool. (is less harmful to the skin) Parking space next to gîte on enclosed grounds.

Including bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
Dog allowed in consultation, extra 5 euros per night.
Due to height differences and stairs on our site, not suitable for the disabled.
Breakfast buffet in our chambres d'hôtes can be booked separately for € 7.50 pp.

We are Simone and Edward, a Dutch couple who rent out a gîte next to our chambres d'hôtes. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings in the Herault.
Visiting authentic villages, culture, nature (caves, rocks), wine tasting, cycling, walking, canoeing, beach 30 km away or just do nothing and enjoy the pool at home. Nothing has to be done, nothing is necessary, you are on holiday.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Mandatory to book linen package and final cleaning. Deposit € 50,-
Dog allowed in consultation, extra 10 euros per stay.
Due to height differences and stairs on our site, not suitable for the disabled.
Breakfast buffet in our adjacent chambres d'hôtes can be booked separately for € 10.00 pp.

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must inform the landlord immediately. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 50%.

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
