Villa Laurier Rose

This cosily furnished, single-storey villa called 'Laurier Rose' is located in a nice French village with a French restaurant within walking distance, the beautiful natural hilly landscape and a larger village with local shops and a large supermarket a few kilometers away. The living room (40m²), the dining area and the open kitchen (12m²) are connected by open doors to the covered terrace and the large terrace. The kitchen is of course equipped with all necessary equipment. The washing machine is in the garage. There are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms on the left side of the living area, one bedroom has a double bed (160x190) and the other bedroom has two single beds (90x190) and two single beds (90x200). The shower and toilet are located between the two bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has patio doors to the heated swimming pool. The third bedroom is on the other side with a double bed (200x160) and has its own lounge area and bathroom with toilet. Adjacent to the living room is the covered terrace with the dining table and a view over the hilly landscape. Directly connected to it is the large terrace and the swimming pool (4x8) with steps. Next to the swimming pool (heated) is the jacuzzi, where it is wonderful to relax under the clear starry sky during the balmy summer evenings. The whole is separated by a hedge of lush flowering oleanders. There is of course a BBQ at your disposal. The parking is located at the front of the house. In the nearby village you can do your daily shopping, there is a large market once a week and a 10 minute drive from the villa you are at a small lake; Lac de Jouarres where you can sunbathe, water activities and walk or enjoy delicious food in the accompanying restaurant. It is of course also wonderful to stay around the villa
