This pleasant villa has a living room with a wood burner, air conditioning and patio doors to the veranda that can be fully opened by high sliding doors. The kitchen (12 m²) is fully fitted and equipped with all desired appliances. In the laundry room there is a washing machine, a drying rack and a large fridge-freezer. The villa has two bedrooms available. Each room has a 140x190 bed and air conditioning. The rooms share a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink. The toilet is in the hallway.

The nature around the village invites you to go hiking or mountain biking. The beach is relatively close, and there are many activities to do in the area: 10 minutes by car is the river "L'Orb" where you can canoe, there is also an educational farm for the youngest. A historical place to visit near the village is "Abbaye de Fontcaude". The Sunday morning market in Saint-Chinian (10 min) with local products is very popular (also a market on Thursday) and the atmosphere will seduce you.
