Nice holiday home in the middle of the port of Cap d'Agde. The house is south facing and from the garden you are directly on the quay and a 50 m walk from a gravel beach that is in the harbor. The house was completely renovated a few years ago and has air conditioning in the entire house.
The bathroom and separate toilet are on the ground floor. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and a wine cooler. Nicely furnished living room that opens onto the terrace through a wide sliding door and overlooks the harbor.
On the 1st floors there are 2 rooms, one with a double bed of 160x200 and the other with 2 single beds. There is a desk on the landing and a second toilet. All windows have electric shutters. WIFI is also available in the house.
