Perfect group accommodation for up to 12 people plus 2 babies. Outside you will find a large jacuzzi (shared use), 1 above-ground swimming pool of 1.35m deep and 3.75m wide, 1 above-ground swimming pool of 3 meters wide filled with a small layer of water for small children, a playground with a climbing frame, trampoline and slides, etc. a river on its own land where children can play.
Through the authentic front door you enter a huge open living room. There you will find a cozy 12-seater dining table where you can enjoy the whole group in the evenings.
A modern kitchen with all modern appliances.
In the large open living room is the lounge with a 10 seater corner sofa and armchairs, cozy tree-trunk side tables. You can relax here and enjoy the must-have. A DVD player, TV with Dutch television channels and many foreign channels and a bookshelf for young and old are in the spacious Lounge.
All our beds are new and of good quality. All bedding is made of pure cotton, so that ventilates well in balmy nights.
When you walk through the large former castle doors into the hall you will find the first bedroom on the ground floor on the right.
This bedroom, called Royal, is 5 by 4 meters in size and has a beautiful view of the village and the church tower. The room has a double bed that can be pushed together into 2 single beds and a single bed. The room has an authentic and cheerful character.
The majestic staircase leads you to the beautiful long corridor on the first floor where the other 4 large bedrooms are located. Adjacent to that spatial corridor are three luxury bathrooms with washbasins, toilet and showers, one bathroom with a luxury bubble bath. The Showers also have a rain shower and bluetooth connection for music while showering.
A description of these four bedrooms:
The first one, called "Les Vaches". A spacious bedroom of 5 by 4 meters with a double bed. This bed can also be split into 2 single beds and there is also a single bed. This cozy bedroom gives a view of the village and the beautiful rich meadows.
The second bedroom with the name "Porcelaine" has an area of 20 m2 with a double bed, this bed can also be moved to two single beds. This is a very spacious and bright room. This room has two windows with a view over the courtyard and the countryside. There is enough space in this room to place an extra child's bed / cot.
Bedroom three "Chateau": This spacious bedroom is 20m2 and has a double bed that can be pushed together into two single beds. This very bright bedroom with two windows has a view of the flower-rich farmlands and the courtyard of the Factory. There is enough space in this room to place an extra child's bed / cot.
Bedroom four: "Les fleurs". This room is 4 by 4 meters and also has a split double bed. Open the curtains here in the early morning, and the sun will shine nice and warm in your room.
On the ground floor you can access the flower-filled morning terrace through the French doors in the kitchen. You can enjoy breakfast outside at the large dining table. There are 2 large umbrellas and a barbecue.
Adjacent to the terrace is a large covered outdoor playground with table tennis table, swing ball, jeu des boules, toy cars and trucks for the kids and hoops.
A new above ground swimming pool with toys with a diameter of no less than 4.60 m for water fun.
Outside there is a completely new playground with play equipment and a large trampoline with safety net.
Outside is a newly constructed sports field (artificial grass) with a view of the forest and the village. You can - on request - use this field with your sports team / yoga club / meditation group.
Playing in the river is a great adventure for children to build dams, make water rapids, sail pebbles and play with sand. For all children it is one big journey of discovery through the woods and fields on the factory's own estate. There is a walking route on site.
A table tennis table, volleyball net and badminton rackets complete the fun.
The village of Coussac-Bonneval with all necessary facilities is a 2-minute walk away. Bakery, butcher, mini-supermarket, restaurants, and terraces. The Bonneval Castle, where guided tours are given, is a stone's throw away. Here you will also find a tourist office and many other facilities.
There is a washing machine available that you can use for 4 euros per wash including detergent.
