Perfect group accommodation for up to 12 people plus 2 babies. Outside you will find a large jacuzzi (shared), section, playground with pirate ship, trampoline and slides, etc. There is also a river on your own land where the children can play for hours.
Through the authentic front door you enter a huge open living room. There you will find a cozy 12-person dining table where you can spend wonderful evenings with the group.
In the large open living room there is a lounge with a 10-person corner sofa and armchairs, cozy tree trunk side tables. You can relax here and enjoy not having to do anything at all. A DVD player, TV with Dutch television channels and many foreign channels and a bookshelf for young and old are in the spacious lounge.
All our beds are new and of good quality. All bedding is made of pure cotton, so it ventilates well on sultry nights.
If you walk through the large former castle doors into the hall, you will find the first bedroom on the ground floor on the right.
This bedroom, called Royal, measures 5 by 4 meters and has a beautiful view of the village and the church tower. The room has a double bed that can be pushed apart into 2 single beds and a single bed. The room has an authentic and cheerful character.
The majestic staircase leads you to the beautiful long corridor on the first floor where the other 4 large bedrooms are located. Adjacent to the spacious corridor are three luxurious bathrooms with sinks, toilet and showers, including 1 bathroom with a luxurious bubble bath. The showers also have a rain shower and Bluetooth connection for music while showering.
A description of these four bedrooms:
The first, called "Les Vaches". A spacious bedroom measuring 5 by 4 meters with a double bed. This bed can also be split into 2 single beds and there is also a single bed. This cozy bedroom offers a view of the village and the beautiful rich meadows.
The second bedroom named "Porcelaine" has an area of 20m2 with a double bed, which can also be converted into two single beds. This is a very spacious and bright room. This room has two windows with a view over the courtyard and the fields. There is enough space in this room to add an extra cot/cot.
Bedroom three "Chateau": This spacious bedroom is also 20m2 and has a double bed that can be pushed apart into two single beds. This very bright bedroom with two windows has a view of the flower-rich fields and the courtyard of the Factory. There is enough space in this room to place an extra cot/cot.
Bedroom four: "Les fleurs". This room is 4 by 4 meters and also has a split double bed. Open the curtains here in the early morning and the sun will shine wonderfully warm in your room.
On the ground floor you can access your flowery morning terrace through the French doors in the kitchen. You can enjoy breakfast outside at the large dining table. There are 2 large parasols and a barbecue.
Adjacent to the terrace is a large covered outdoor playground with table tennis table, swing ball, jeu des boules, toy cars and trucks for the kids and hoops.
A new above-ground swimming pool with toys with a diameter of no less than 4.60m for water fun.
Outside, a completely new playground has been constructed with play equipment and a large trampoline with a safety net.
Outside is a newly constructed sports field (artificial grass) with a view of the forest and the village. You can - on request - use this field with your sports team/yoga club/meditation group.
Playing in the river is a great adventure for children with building dams, making water rapids, sailing pebbles and playing with sand. For all children it is one big discovery tour through the woods and fields on the factory's own estate. There is a walking route on site.
A table tennis table, volleyball net and badminton rackets complete the fun.
A 2-minute walk takes you to the village of Coussac-Bonneval with all the necessary facilities. Bakery, butcher, mini-supermarket, restaurants and terraces. Bonneval Castle, where guided tours are given, is a stone's throw away. There is also a tourist office and many other facilities here.
You can make free use of a baby bath, baby playpen, crib and 2 high chairs, please let us know.
In the winter months, use of the jacuzzi is optional and heating costs are calculated per booking.
