Gites de la fabrique 13 people

Gites de la Fabrique has a new infinity swimming pool of 15 by 6 meters! The spacious and bright house has been renovated with a lot of love and attention to give guests a more than pleasant stay. The sunny house is suitable for 13 people and 2 babies with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large terrace at the house with dining table and barbeque has a view of the swimming pool with sunbathing area, the river and the forest, the village of Coussac, the playground and trampoline.

In the living room there is a billiard table for the enthusiastic holidaymakers. An open modern kitchen with the best BOSCH appliances such as a luxury coffee machine and oven and dishwasher makes it a pleasure to cook. A spacious TV corner with Dutch channels. On both sides of the house is a terrace, a shady and sunny terrace.

All bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom for 2 people has a unique view and has its own xl rain shower and sink. A cot can also be added in this room. There is also 1 double room with a bunk bed, 1 spacious double room, 1 triple room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, and 1 quadruple room with 2 bunk beds. The second bathroom features a spa bath and a modern shower.

Outside is a large jacuzzi for shared use. Behind the house is a playground with slides, swing, pirate ship, see-saw, swingball, toys and a large trampoline with net. You can also spend your siesta in the hammock. There is a river on site where children can enjoy themselves for hours building dams, sailing rapids or pebbles. While sitting by the river you will see the special insects, from bright green dragonflies to bright blue beetles.

From the house you can walk within 1 minute to the village of Coussac Bonneval with all the necessary amenities.
A tourist office, fresh bakery, butcher, small supermarket, restaurants, bars and the castle de Bonneval with nice tours for young and old. There are also several hiking trails through varied landscape for beginners and advanced that start nearby

We also have a gite for 12 people at the same location. If you are looking for a holiday home for a very large group, there is the possibility to rent our other gite. This is in the same location. The two houses together can accommodate 25 people.
You can use the washing machine for 3 euros per wash including detergent.
