Our beautiful, stylishly furnished holiday home is situated on the edge of the small village of Cazaunous (Haute-Garonne), at the foot of the Pyrenees and various cols that are regularly visited by the Tour de France and is therefore ideally located for walkers, cyclists, motorcyclists, fishermen, skiers and those seeking peace and quiet.
The holiday home offers all the luxury and contemporary necessities for a relaxing holiday with enough space for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). Living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, heated swimming pool, private terrace, large outdoor area for sunbathing and relaxing, Free WiFi and TV with Flemish, Dutch, French and German-language channels, also Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime and casting from smartphone and tablet are possible. The holiday home has a view of the large beautiful garden and is bordered by a small river, there are several rest areas in the garden.
The holiday home is separated from the main house with its own entrance, it has a separate living room with large television and a sitting area with dining table. The sofa in the sitting area can easily be converted into a double bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave and convection oven, induction hob, dishwasher, etc...
The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, the bedroom also has a double bed that can be separated into two single beds and has plenty of cupboard space.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet and bathroom furniture with sink, and a hairdryer is also available. Outside there is a covered terrace with shade cloth, a lounge set and a barbecue. There is an unobstructed view of the garden and swimming pool. Guests have exclusive use of the heated swimming pool with surrounding terrace with plenty of sun loungers and parasols.
Parking space (carport), garage for bicycles or motorcycles is available.
