L 'Aînée

Our newly built holiday home was completed in 2011 and is located in the department of Gers in the outskirts of the village of Gaujac amidst the fields and in virtually absolute silence. We called the Les Soeurettes and it consists of 3 houses.

La Cadette has the most beautiful view and is suitable for 2 people as well as the Benjamin which is in front. In the middle is the L 'Aînée, suitable for 6 people.

Everywhere is a phenomenal view and in clear weather the Pyrenees can be seen. We (Henk and Anita) are always present in one of the houses. We have a very quiet and sweet sheepdog Lulu and your (nice quiet) dog is also welcome.

The L'Aînée has a poolside terrace across the full width of the house. You can sit in the sun or shade here. There is a large sliding door. At the front is a small seat. The house is equipped with all the conveniences. Especially the kitchen has a 6 burner gas stove, 2 dishwashers and 2 fridges. The cozy dining table is large enough for 6 to 10 people as well as the terrace table. The wood burning stove is especially for the winter months and there are a multitude of comfortable chairs and couches inside and outside. In the hall / utility room is the freezer, washer and dryer. On the floor are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own shower and toilet. All the beds are more than comfortable and the bathroom is complete with walk-in shower. The whole house is fitted with shutters. The heating and cooling is provided by the Daikin system which heats or cools on the ground floor. Upstairs is heating available. Of course there is Wifi everywhere.

In our own garden there is a swimming pool of 6 x 12 meters with walk-in staircase and is filled with salt water, which has the advantage that no chlorine is needed. It is 1.40 to 1.80 deep so it is very suitable for trains. You will find very comfortable sunbeds, shade and cozy BBQs. What's more worth mentioning is the fact that you do not have extra costs. All costs include cleaning costs, tourist taxes and all bed, bath and kitchen linen. All beds are 1.80 wide and also suitable as single beds. Your car is on our own site
