In our lovely house you will also find a Nespresso machine in your bedroom in 2 of the 4 bedrooms. Waking up in bed with a view of a green oasis. With a private swimming pool in the garden and more than a hectare of land around it, you won't be bored. Playing football, badminton, everything is possible. Plenty of space. Around the house you will find lovely paths to wander between forest, olive trees and vineyards. There is also plenty to visit in the area; Beautiful villages, towns, restaurants, caves, markets and even the sea are among the possibilities.

Hello, we are Imco and Marrije. Together with our 2 children and dog Nova, we have been living in beautiful France since 2021. We came to France for the peace, space, nature and the enjoyment of French life. These are exactly the elements that you will find in Villa Verger. With that, our dream has come true to find a house with these elements and after a thorough refurbishment we have completed the picture. We live and work close to our rental house on a campsite in La Roque sur Cèze.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Explanation of the prices-
- Arrival Saturday from 4 pm / departure before 10 am
- Deposit 300€
- Final cleaning: 100€ (mandatory)
- Max. 10 people

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
