Our beach house (1-6 people) is located 20 meters from the beach. You have direct access to the beach via private grounds with closed gate. The house is fully furnished and has its own parking space in front of the door. The house is part of a co-production of 13 semi-detached bungalows on the ground floor. Almost all of these have been inhabited by the same French neighbors for years. You will find yourself among real 'locals'. So it is not a holiday park.
Within walking distance you will find a large supermarket, a great bakery, many nice restaurants, Cagnes-sur-Mer and the Marina Baie des Anges with typical buildings. Our house in Villeneuve Loubet Plage is located in a unique spot on the Côte d'Azur where you can walk straight onto the beach, without having to cross a busy road first. In addition, it is located on one of the few sandy beaches with lifeguard supervision. If you don't feel like the beach or other people, you have your own sheltered backyard at 20 meters.
