About a 10-minute drive from the center of the cozy wine village le Plan de la Tour via a beautiful mountain road and finally the last part a bumpy 'French' dirt path you reach villa la Lanterne. In the middle of nature, very quietly situated in a beautiful area for hiking, mountain biking, dirt bike & quad biking with beautiful views over hills and even the Côte d'Azur blue sea from certain points.
An electric large gate welcomes you at the entrance with ample parking for many cars due to the large grounds of over 1 hectare. On arrival to the left of the villa the pool house and the pool and to the right of the villa a large boules court where you can also enjoy beautiful sunsets. At the rear with beautiful views of the mountains a jacuzzi with lighting. You can enter the villa through the dining room or via the beautiful iron staircase to the 1st floor where the master bedroom is also located. In the dining room a large complete kitchen with all mod cons such as a hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge. Large sliding windows for direct access to the covered terrace and the swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters. A very cozy living room with large sofa, flat screen TV and fireplace that can only be used in winter.

Also from the living room via a stone staircase down a very large home cinema room with film projector on the wall, to which a PlayStation can also be connected for a total of 6 people with a double bed and 4 single beds.
