Our holiday villa is located in the private Domaine de la Bergerie, within walking distance of the historic village of Grimaud with its picturesque alleys. From our house you can walk to the bakery, the traditional Pâtisserie du Château with terrace and tea room, a newsagent, several small restaurants and wine bars, as well as a doctor's office, the pharmacy and the post office. From our Mediterranean garden with mature trees, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the medieval castle of Grimaud and the Massif des Maures.
The property stands on a large plot (1200 m2) with swimming pool (50 m2, maximum depth 1.80m), boules court under shady oaks, various lawns with sun loungers and a south-facing terrace (70m2).
