The house is located in a small-scale authentic residence in the municipality of Le Plan de la Tour. It is an 18th century renovated (private) "hamlet" built with natural stone. On the ground floor is the living room with open kitchen and a spacious sofa bed that can be used as a single or double bed. There is a separate toilet. The kitchenette is equipped with a 4-burner induction hob, a combination microwave, refrigerator, Senseo, Nespresso, SMEG kettle, SMEG toaster and extractor hood (exhaust to the outside). The necessary cutlery/crockery and kitchen utensils are also provided. You reach the bedroom with air conditioning and double bed via the new staircase with a wrought iron banister. There is also the shower room (shower + sink) and a closed dressing room. For the little ones there is a travel cot with mattress as well as a baby chair available in the house itself. Toys, books, board games, DVDs... are also available to the tenants.
In the living room there is a Smart TV with access to streaming services TV VLAANDEREN (= Belgian, Dutch, French, German… channels) and Netflix. The bedroom has a flat-screen TV with DVD player. This "mazette" has a private terrace with lounge set (two-seater, 2x one-seater, lounge table + large parasol) and a dining table with four chairs. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the "Massif des Maures" and some vineyards. You can also use the communal washing machine and dryer. Maximum occupancy of the house: 2 adults + 2 children.
