Holiday home France, Creuse – villa Les Moulins le Manoir
The typical French manor, also called maison de maître situated in an enchanting setting. The manor has all the comforts and can accommodate up to 12 people. Lots of space inside and out. Private (fish) more on its own grounds of about 4 hectares.
Swimming pool 10 x 4 m in addition to the manor. Solar heated.

Le Manoir
Right next to the yard is a spacious lakeside terrace, the lake includes rainbow trout, carp, frogs, many birds including the kingfisher.
Stone walls, a classic pump, and an antique plow decorating the yard. Two walnut trees in the summer offer a pleasant shade and in the autumn many walnuts.

Entrance
From the main entrance / hall you enter the living room with a comfortable seating area on the right, smart TV and large original fireplace with wood burner. The TV has all the Dutch, British, French, German etc. channels, and many sports and movie channels. Also, if desired radio via the TV.
Left in the living room a second seat overlooking the yard and the lake.
On the other side of the entrance / hallway is the kitchen with a large round table, built-in antique cabinets and lake views. Behind the dining area is a large open kitchen.
Behind the dining kitchen with all kitchen appliances. A separate utility room with washer and dryer of hotel quality, extra fridge / freezer.
Each floor has a bathroom with sink, toilet, bathtub or shower.
From the entrance / hall you go with a stately chestnut wooden staircase to the first floor. A spacious, comfortable two persons canopy bed, two fitted wardrobes and views of the grounds next to the manor house and the adjacent barn.

Behind the manor a great authentic barn with ample parking. In the late summer you can pick blackberries at the boundary of the property.
Anywhere on the property you will find beautiful flowers and trees. This rose grows on the wall of the barn.
If you leave the property at the back you walk straight into the beautiful countryside of the Limousin.
