In the beautiful coastal village of Binic with its 3 beaches, we offer our house with fully enclosed garden for 1 to 9 people. The house is fully equipped to make your days off a real holiday.
Because the rooms are located on different floors, the house remains cozy, even when you are with 2 people.
The first living floor:
Kitchen equipped with: oven, dishwasher, gas stove
Living room with fireplace, smart TV, Playstation 4 with Netflix, Videoland, Disney+, chromecast, stereo tower and a closet with games for all ages.
Covered balcony in the sun with sitting area.
Bedroom 1: 2 single beds with duvets
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed with a twin duvet
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds with duvets
Bathroom with rain shower
Separate toilet
Ground floor:
Small kitchen with an electric fireplace, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave.
Separate 2nd toilet
Bathroom with lowered bath, shower and bluetooth mirror for some nice music.
Sitting room with TV, PS3 and chromecast, equipped with sofa bed for possibly 9th person.
This room is ideally suited for placing a baby cot.
To reach the double room, you have to walk through this room.
Bedroom with a 1 double bed and twin duvet.
The garden is fully fenced and offers many play options for the children such as a trampoline, a swing and a makeshift slide. Of course you can use our small bbq and relax in the hammock. You also have a garden set and parasol.
Is it a windy day? Then it is still wonderful to sit on our balcony. Just open the windows and you can enjoy the healthy Breton air.
The house is located in a quiet street, just 900 meters from the sea and the promenade of Binic. There you will find numerous restaurants and cafes, not to mention a delicious ice cream parlor that you cannot miss.
At 400 meters you will find a large supermarket, a bakery, a pizzeria, bicycle rental and much more.
At la plage de la Banche you will find a seawater swimming pool, both deep and paddling pool so that you never have to walk far at low tide. This beach is very child-friendly due to the gradual slope of the beach.
It is also possible to rent boats, surfboards, etc. on that beach.
Every Thursday there is a lively market along the quay where you can shop extensively. Whether you want clothes or vegetables, a mattress or shoes. It's all there.
Binic has its own tourist office and a museum.
There are many places around Binic that are definitely worth a visit.
