Ground floor

- Wifi is available in every room and on the terraces.
- From the holiday home 'Le Moulin' you have a view of the beautiful garden and the shared terrace, which you can also use.
- At the rear of the cottage is your private terrace (completely sheltered), with a large table, garden chairs and bench with cushions, a parasol and of course a barbecue. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet, each other and the good life.
- A little higher up is another terrace, from which you can see the lake l'Etang Fouché and supervise your children. You are then only a few steps away from a refreshing dip in the clear water.
- The terraces and the adjoining garden are sheltered, but not fenced. There is a stream at the front of the plot.
The holiday apartments of Moulin Fouché are located in a lotissement with no through traffic. Because the gîtes are located at the bottom of the dike, you only hear some sounds of walkers and swimmers. On the terraces and in our garden you are in the middle of the greenery and it is good to be. If you walk up the path, you will be directly on the picturesque lake l'Etang Fouché. You can enjoy walking, lying on the beach, swimming, pedal boating, supping and fishing. Although your gîte is located on the outskirts of Arnay-le-Duc, all facilities of the town are a short distance away. The bakery and supermarket are even within walking distance. In the center you will find several good restaurants, nice cafes and cozy terraces.
Environment
The Côte d'Or department and the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region have a lot to offer! The landscape is rolling and forms a patchwork of grain fields, meadows, vineyards and forests. In the spring, the rapeseed blooms in the fields and in the summer you see sunflowers everywhere. There are many places worth seeing nearby. Dijon, Beaune, Semur-en-Auxois, Autun and Saulieu not only have nice shops and cozy terraces, but also interesting museums. One of the most beautiful villages in France - Châteauneuf-en-Auxois - is located a stone's throw from Arnay-le-Duc. In Burgundy there are dozens of imposing castles to visit. You will also find interesting museums, beautiful abbeys, old churches and large cathedrals. The best wines in the world come from Burgundy and the Côte d'Or. After half an hour's drive you are in the middle of the wine region.
