In the countryside southwest of Brive and close to the village of Saint Pantaléon de Larche, this stylish property with private swimming pool and a great South African style barbecue terrace. The property even has its own private pond for fishing! Les Oies de Julia has been completely renovated and offers privacy and a wonderfully quiet place to relax. This converted barn, now a delightful holiday home, is situated in one of the prettiest parts of the Dordogne and we are pleased to be able to offer this to our holidaymakers.
Inside
This lovingly renovated barn consists of 4 large, nicely furnished bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and has a mezzanine with a sofa bed. The holiday home can accommodate 10 people (there is even a pull-out couch in the living room). The entire house has air conditioning. The huge living room and open kitchen give you the opportunity to enjoy a cozy holiday together.
Outside
There are several terraces around the house, so you can sit in the sun as well as in the shade. From the house you have a view over the rolling hills and as there are no cars or roads around you will feel comfortable letting your children play freely in the huge garden (several hectares). There is a beautiful private pool with a large terrace to enjoy together. While you drink your glass of wine and prepare the barbecue, the children are still playing in the pool. Do you love fishing? You have your own private pond stocked with carp, bass, blackbass or whitefish. (fishing equipment not included)

Les Oies de Julia is in a beautiful setting and is a great location. There are fun things to do, so don't miss out. Great restaurants, excursions and activities aplenty in the area. A beautiful lake almost on the doorstep with many water sports options completes your holiday stay in this lovely holiday home.
