We would like to welcome you to the cozy detached holiday home with lots of privacy in the beautiful quiet holiday park Village le Chat with many amenities just outside Ecuras in the Charente. From the balcony, garden and terrace you have a view over the lake.
In this cozy holiday home you can make free use of super good 5G WIFI/internet via fiber optic cable. There is also a Smart TV with Dutch channels and apps such as Youtube, Netflix, HBO and a radio with CD player. There are also game consoles X-Box Series 2 with a map where you can download and play an infinite number of games. There are also board games / table tennis badges and balls, tennis rackets and tennis balls available.
Here in the Charente in France you can enjoy the good French life in privacy. Peace, nature, good food with a nice French wine or a nice fresh beer.
At the park you have many facilities such as a restaurant with swimming pool and a separate fenced paddling pool, swimming lake with rafts where children can pull themselves to the other side and a slide. You can fish in the fishing lake. There are tennis courts, playing fields, table tennis, playground and the beautifully landscaped 18-hole Golf International de la Preze where you can go as an experienced player, but there is also a special course for the novice player.
A riding school where you can ride a horse/pony can be found close to the park.
Hiking routes in the direction of Spain, from places south of Ecuras even part of the pilgrim walking route towards Santiago de Compostela.
At the swimming pool and at the swimming lake with beach you have access to free sunbeds and umbrellas. Also a shower and toilet. The swimming lake slopes slowly and gradually.
The nice thing is that the holiday home is detached with lots of privacy. It has trees on the left and a hedge and a parking space right in front of the front door to the front and right side.
What is also wonderful is that the holiday home is centrally located in the park. All facilities and the cozy terrace by the pool can be reached within a few minutes. After the swimming fun you will be back home in no time to enjoy your lovely holiday home. The house is conveniently located on the park. You don't have to take your car for this, which is a very nice advantage. In the garden you can relax in complete privacy. You have a view over the lake from the garden, terrace and balcony.
The bedrooms and the bathroom with shower, toilet and sink are located on the ground floor. The stairs take you down, here you will find the cozy living room and the extensive kitchen.
There is a 2 person bedroom with balcony and sliding doors. Where you have a beautiful view over the lake. Here you can enjoy the beautiful view until the late hours . This bedroom has a double bed.
There is a 2nd bedroom with a single bed and a loft bed with desk.
The living room has a sitting area with a spacious sofa, Smart TV with Dutch channels, various other apps such as Youtube, CD player. 5G Internet/WiFi via fiber optic cable. Everything is included.
The kitchen has a dining area and is fully equipped with an electric hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, senseo, nespresso, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. So you don't have to do the dishes and you can also do your laundry in the house. You will quickly experience a feeling of home.
The park is located on the edge of the beautiful relaxing Parc naturel régional Périgord-limousin. The beautiful hilly landscape with the many cows, streams, water mills. You will even find a winegrower a few kilometers from the park. Here you can enjoy a delicious bottle of French wine. For the gourmets, there is even a Michelin star restaurant called La Moulin de la Tardoire nearby, which is located on the beautiful river. For pizza lovers, you can go to Pizzeria la Gondola in Montbron. Here you can sit outside in the sheltered garden. Excellent pizzas for a small price. I can also heartily recommend the other dishes. On the terrace at the park by the swimming pool you can enjoy delicious drinks, ice creams and snacks. During the summer holidays, a number of activities are organised at the park.
The beautiful hilly landscape with the many cows, streams, watermills give a wonderfully relaxing feeling.
