Each bedroom is uniquely retro with modern amenities designed with your comfort in mind:

• Double bed with double sofa bed (Hippy room)
• Double bunk bed with single bed (Purple room)
• Downstairs single bed (Wheelchair accessibility)
An additional sofa bed is available in the Living room. Cots can be provided if advised in advance.

Noise and Respect for Neighbours - Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 22:00 and 07:00, to respect our neighbours. Loud music or parties are not allowed.
Pets - Pets are allowed with prior approval, please ensure they are kept under control and clean up after them.
Cleaning & Tidiness - Please keep the property tidy and dispose of rubbish in the bins provided. You are not expected to do a full clean before you leave, but we ask that you leave the property in a reasonable state for the next guests. If there is an accidental spill or breakage, please let us know as soon as possible.
Parking - Parking is available on the street outside the property or in the garage with prior approval. Please avoid blocking other vehicles or driveways.
Heating & Appliances - Please turn off the heating and any appliances (lights, TV, etc.) when you leave the property to help save energy. If you’re unsure about how to operate any appliances, feel free to ask—we’re happy to help!
Safety - Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property, especially at night. No candles or open flames are allowed in bedrooms. If you need a light source, please use electric options.
Lost Property - If you leave any personal items behind, please contact us within 14 days so we can arrange for their return.
Damages - We ask that you treat the property with care. Any damages should be reported immediately so we can address them promptly. Any significant damage or missing items may incur additional charges.
Maximum Occupancy - Please respect the maximum occupancy limit of 8 people. This ensures a comfortable and safe environment for everyone. Additional beds for children can be provided.
Departure - Please ensure that all dishes are washed, and personal items are collected before checking out. Leave the keys in the key safe.
