It is a beautiful spacious detached house between fields and woods in the countryside. Very quiet location. And only about 2 km from the village where the shops, supermarkets, restaurants, weekly market, tourist office etc are located. Via a special walking and cycling path (voie verte) you can go from the holiday home to the village on foot or by bike. Also very close (about 1 km) is a beautiful nature reserve with a beautiful river and rocks, where beautiful walks can be made (and not overrun with tourists).
The house is located on a quiet country road. With its own gate and paved driveway you enter the private property of 6000m2, which consists of a very nice garden, a lot of greenery / trees, even a walnut tree, apple tree, monkey tree etc. and a spacious paved parking lot. There is also a large lawn where you can play football or hide and seek. Playground with swings, slide, ping-pong table, football goals,... The house has a terrace, adjacent to the French doors. From the open kitchen and living room you can walk straight onto the terrace.

There is plenty to do and see in the area. Nature from the front door of the holiday home... At few steps it is walking and cycling paths for walking, also cycling paths. About fifteen minutes away sights such as old abbey Bon Repos, old miners' village, medieval villages, castle, churches, valley with immense large statues etc etc
Also about fifteen minutes away the largest lake in Brittany. Lac de Guerledan is 12 km long, has some sandy beaches, a walking and cycling path around the lake and water sports activities on the lake. You can enjoy swimming, canoeing or eating an ice cream on the terrace. There is also a new climbing park between and in the trees.
