The LOFT has a beautiful courtyard with a heated pool and 2 large terraces.Through the large patio doors you walk into the garden with a heated and secure swimming pool (8 x 4 meters) with sunbeds, a super luxurious outdoor lounge area, a BBQ area and a large terrace. On the large terrace in front of the loft there is of course also a long dining table for the dinners outside. There is also a large roof terrace with a second lounge area on the side of the property.
The LOFT has 300m2 of living space with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped open kitchen, an infrared sauna and two large sitting areas.An eclectic interior, sometimes sleek, sometimes nostalgic, a bit of design and some vintage. With the intimate lighting, it is also a beautiful whole in the evening.
The LOFT is a large attractive space with a lovely kitchen with all the trimmings, 3 x 2 induction hobs, a large high fridge, freezer, an oven and a combi-microwave oven, a dishwasher and double sink. The kitchen also has a cooking island for the cookers and a bar off the kitchen for the viewers.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a four-metre-long table for 12 people, a cosy separate TV lounge (TV 165cm) with library, a second cosy sitting area with four two-seaters and a pool table.
There are 6 bedrooms, each with its own sink, smartTV and air conditioning. In addition, there are 3 bathrooms, 2 with large walk-in showers and sink and 1 bathroom with large walk-in shower, sink and bath. There are also three individual toilets and a wonderfully luxurious infrared sauna!
