Grenache

Spacious, bright and comfortably furnished house, suitable for 4-5 people (can be combined with Syrah house, see advertisement no. 17024, or Marsanne house, advertisement no. 48690, price for more people on request), on a plot of 40 ha of forest and meadows.

The house is part of a small "château", in which there are also 2 slightly smaller holiday homes (so combinations possible, up to a maximum of 20 people). However, the houses are located in such a way that everyone's privacy is preserved.

Domaine La Flotte, of which this house is a part, is an oasis of peace and it offers a beautiful view of the Pyrenees. It is an ideal base for beautiful walks and bike rides, for seeing and listening to birds, discovering the wide variety of orchids or finding edible mushrooms. Domaine La Flotte is also conveniently located for the many sights around, all of which can be reached within 20 minutes to a maximum of two hours.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices are based on an occupancy of up to 5 people. For groups please contact for the price.

Additional costs: electricity consumption (calculated according to counter, 0.25 €/kWh), cleaning fee 100 € per house (optional), rent towels (5 € per set), rent bed linen (10 € per person) and tourist tax (5% of the rental amount divided by number of people and then calculated per adult person, + 10% departmental tax + 34% regional tax, maximum 1.58 € per adult per night).

The deposit is payable on arrival and is preferably refunded on departure.

Any cancellation must be made before the start of the stay, by e-mail. The following percentages of the total rental amount are due in that case: From 10 days after the reservation until 6 weeks before the start of the rental: 30%. From 6 weeks to 3 weeks before the start of the rental: 65%. Within 3 weeks before the start of the loan: 100%. It is therefore strongly recommended to take out cancellation insurance, or better yet: travel insurance that covers cancellation costs, medical and repatriation costs, loss of luggage, etc.

Photo of the "Green Labyrinth", good for a beautiful walk through a fairytale forest.
Domaine La Flotte is located in the middle of the so-called Cathar area. For example, the Montségur can be seen from here in clear weather, Mirepoix is only 20 minutes away and Rennes-le-Château, for example, is about half an hour's drive away.
Great canoe trips can be made on the river Aude and rafting is also possible.
