A perfect place for a very nice villa for 11 people. The large garden, the beautiful view of the swimming pool, the beautiful terraces, the jacuzzi and of course the complete, spacious villa make this place ideal for your well-deserved holiday.

Pouzols-Minervois is a pleasant village. The villa is located on the edge of a quiet village. Lake Jouarres is a 10 minute drive away for water sports and the Mediterranean Sea is relatively close. There are many sights to visit in the immediate area. Then you can relax in the evening in the Spa or enjoy a delicious meal prepared on the barbecue.

The large living room (103 m²) with open kitchen has patio doors to the covered terrace and the swimming pool. The kitchen has a Nespresso machine and 2 refrigerators, one with a freezer and ice maker. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room. On one side of the house there is a bedroom with a bed of 160X200 with a private bathroom with sink, shower and toilet and a door to the outside. Via a corridor you reach the other side of the house where you will find a separate toilet, 3 other large bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, double sink and bath. One bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200) and a single bed (90 x 200). Another bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200) and the last bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200). Finally, a final master suite has a double bed (160X200) with dressing room, and a bathroom with shower, sink and separate toilet. From this bedroom there is access to the outside.

You will be completely charmed by the exterior of the house. The large field offers sports enthusiasts outdoor games and balls on the lawn. The swimming pool (5X11m) invites you to dive, swim and play with the family. Next to the swimming pool, large terraces to enjoy the sun and a wellness area with shower and large jacuzzi. The terraces provide space for garden furniture and sunbathing for all holidaymakers. The summer kitchen with its plancha, stone barbecue and refrigerator complete the picture and allows you to fully enjoy yourself until the end of the evening. The entire site is fenced.

We rent and provide holiday villas for private owners who are not personally able to offer their home. These owners want the holidaymakers to be able to enjoy an optimal holiday in their beautiful home. They have therefore entrusted their home to our team. We take care of everything regarding the rental and maintenance of their villa, garden and swimming pool. Everything will therefore be tip top upon your arrival. A tres bientot. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Additional costs: reservation costs 50.00 euros, final cleaning villa 175 euros, consumption costs according to the electricity meter, deposit 500 euros and tourist tax per adult per day. It is also possible to rent towels, sheets, high chair, cot and other to complement your holiday.

5. Cancellation of reservationAny cancellation must be made in writing (preferably by e-mail to (*CONTENT HIDDEN*)). The tenant will receive a cancellation confirmation from Les Résidences du Soleil. Cancellation is free of charge up to 60 days before arrival (only reservation costs are retained). After this period, the deposit and reservation costs will be retained. In case of cancellation within 30 days prior to the rental period, the reservation costs as well as 100% of the total rent are due. In the event of cancellation, the tourist tax and the rented and paid items will be refunded. Early departure before the end of the rental period does not entitle the tenant to a refund of the amount paid. If you do not show up at the place of your stay, we will retain compensation of 100% of the total amount of your reservation. We advise our tenants to cancel and travel insurance with an insurance company. We cannot be held liable for fortuitous events, force majeure, climatic events, legal or administrative decisions that disrupt, interrupt or prevent the stay
