Villa Rosa

This modern, new villa for 6 people is located in a natural environment. The heated private swimming pool and the complete, contemporary villa with its two bathrooms and three bedrooms give you a wonderful, luxurious, freedom feeling that you will enjoy for a long time to come. Sitting on the covered terrace you have a view of the garden with a view, the heated swimming pool and the jacuzzi.

This new single-storey villa has the living room (air conditioning) with open kitchen opening onto the covered terrace. Located in a wooded area and facing south, the villa is only 7 minutes away from a large supermarket and in the same village (Olonzac) there are other shops and a beautiful, weekly market on Tuesdays. The beach is also relatively close, there is a lake a 10-minute drive away and of course this region has many sights. Staying in this villa will make your holiday a true enjoyment.

The living room (40m²) and the fully equipped open kitchen open onto the covered terrace through the sliding doors. There are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have two single beds (90x200 box spring linked together), one of which has French doors to the garden. The third bedroom also has two single beds (90x200, box spring linked) and a private shower with sink. The bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. There is a second toilet in the hallway. The covered terrace offers plenty of space for the dining table. A spacious wide staircase leads to the lower terrace and the garden in which the swimming pool (heated 4x8) is located. The garden is very naturally decorated with Mediterranean plants, so that you really feel like you are in the south. In the jacuzzi you have a view of the garden and the swimming pool and of course the starry sky. The view completes the picture. From the villa you can easily walk or cycle through these beautiful, rolling landscapes. Of course there is a BBQ and you can park the car at the house.

From 2025 there will be air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms. There will be mosquito nets in the bedrooms and a charging station for an electric car.
