Villa Crinou

Located in a calm, wooded area, this pleasant and completely renovated villa for 6 people is ideal for a relaxing holiday. The swimming pool with its spacious terrace, the view and the covered terrace allow you to enjoy the southern French life until the late hours. The villa is also an excellent starting point for the many sights this region has to offer. This villa has a tastefully decorated living room, nicely decorated bedrooms and a beautiful large terrace around the pool. At 7 minutes by car there is a large supermarket and other shops. In the same village there is a large regional weekly market on Tuesdays. You can take a lovely walk from the villa in the nearby nature. The beach is relatively close and there is a small lake about 10 min drive. There are many places of interest to visit in the area. The living room (30m²) and the fully equipped open kitchen (9m²) are attractively furnished and have air conditioning. There are two bedrooms on the left side of the house, one of which has a double bed (160x200) and the other two single beds (90x200). The third bedroom is on the right side of the house, is slightly more spacious and has a view to the terrace. Also here a double bed (160x200). The bathroom with shower, toilet and double sink is practical and modern. There is a second toilet next to the front door. Adjacent to the living room is the covered terrace with dining table and view. Directly connected to it is the large terrace with heated swimming pool (4x8). Around the pool there is enough space for sun loungers and here again the beautiful view. The house is surrounded by the garden and the whole gives you a wonderful feeling of freedom. There is of course a BBQ at your disposal. The parking is located at the front of the house on the private property.
