The villa is located in a lively village with all basic amenities within walking distance. By car you can reach a large supermarket, butcher, grocery store, clothing store, tabac and an excellent wine cellar in a few minutes.
"Less than 500 meters walk away you will find the Port d'Argeliers, on the picturesque Canal du Midi. Here you can walk, cycle or enjoy a quick bite at the snack bar (crêpes, fries, sandwiches). There are also one or two cozy restaurants in the village. The beaches are easily accessible by car, as are cultural attractions such as Narbonne, Béziers and the famous castle of Carcassonne. For nature lovers, there are countless walks, picturesque villages and special sights in the immediate vicinity".
