Villa la Cabane de Berger

It is wonderful to stay in this romantic villa called 'la Cabane du Berger' when you sit on the terrace and look out over the pool and the rolling countryside. The interior of the villa was completely renovated in 2012, so that the bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathrooms are completely new and fully equipped. The villa is tastefully decorated, has an attractive garden and offers plenty of privacy.

The living room (30m²) and the open kitchen are equipped with all necessary appliances and are connected to the covered main terrace by a large sliding door. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a large conservatory where you can enjoy breakfast or spend long evenings. There are three bedrooms. All bedrooms have double beds (180x200). One bedroom has its own shower room. The bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet. There is a second guest toilet in the villa. Adjacent to the living room is the main terrace with the dining table.

By means of a few steps you reach the large pool terrace where there are plenty of possibilities to install the sunbeds according to your own wishes. The heated swimming pool (8x4) has a walk-in staircase and has the same depth throughout. There are several seating areas on the large grounds (1500m²) so that you can always find a place to relax. The conservatory is an ideal asset, especially in spring and autumn, to enjoy the warmth of the low-hanging sun. There is of course a BBQ at your disposal. The parking for the car is located at the front of the plot.

From 2025, this villa will have air conditioning in the living room and in all bedrooms. Bed linen will also be included from 2025. 

7 minutes away by car is a larger village (Olonzac) with a supermarket, bars, restaurants and other shops. There is also a large, weekly, traditional market here. In the vicinity there are plenty of idyllic places to discover (on foot or by bike) and the beach is 40 minutes away by car. 10 minutes away there is a small lake (lac-de-Jouarres) where you can swim, surf and practice other activities or just sunbathe. The special wine region, the location of the villa and the beautiful planting around the villa make this holiday spot ideal for bon vivants.
