This villa is located at the end of a quiet neighborhood in a cozy typical French village in the south of France, just 5 minutes from le somail, 25 minutes from Narbonne and 40 minutes from the beach. A large supermarket is 7 minutes from the house. The villa is equipped with all modernity (air conditioning, wifi) and has a pleasant heated swimming pool with terraces and a pétanque court. Everything is there for a very rich holiday. All amenities in the village can be reached on foot in 5 minutes: restaurant, delicatessen, supermarket, bakery-pastry shop, hairdresser, pharmacy, doctors, and tobacco press. The region has many very interesting sights. A stay in this villa will make your holiday a real pleasure. The living room (50m²) and the fully equipped open kitchen open through the sliding doors onto the terrace overlooking the modern swimming pool. There are 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. On the first floor there is a 3rd bedroom with its own shower, toilet and sink. The 4th bedroom ⁽ 30m2) is a master bedroom, has a walk-in closet and a bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. The covered terrace with awning and offers ample space for the dining table. Directly connected to it is the beautiful terrace and the swimming pool (3.5x7). There is enough space around the swimming pool for sun loungers and it is surrounded by a modern landscaped garden. Of course there is a wood oven and you can park your car in front of the house. FYI, pets are not allowed in this property

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Additional costs for rental: Reservation fee 50.00 euros, final cleaning of the villa 135.00 euros, deposit 500 euros, consumption costs according to the electricity meter, tourist tax calculated on a percentage of the rental price (e.g. adult per day). It is also possible to rent towels, sheets, high chairs, cots and the like to enrich your holiday.

5. Cancellation of reservationAny cancellation must be made in writing (preferably by e-mail to (*CONTENT HIDDEN*)). The tenant will receive a cancellation confirmation from Les Résidences du Soleil. Cancellation is free of charge up to 60 days before arrival (only reservation costs are retained). After this period, the deposit and reservation costs will be retained. In case of cancellation within 30 days prior to the rental period, the reservation costs as well as 100% of the total rent are due. In the event of cancellation, the tourist tax and the rented and paid items will be refunded. Early departure before the end of the rental period does not entitle the tenant to a refund of the amount paid. If you do not show up at the place of your stay, we will retain compensation of 100% of the total amount of your reservation. We advise our tenants to cancel and travel insurance with an insurance company. We cannot be held liable for fortuitous events, force majeure, climatic events, legal or administrative decisions that disrupt, interrupt or prevent the stay
