We, Felice and Arie, have been coming to this beautiful village of Ginestas in the Côte du Midi since 2012. In 2020 we were able to realize our dream and we bought this Maison de Maître with two attached apartments which we have completely renovated. We would like to welcome you to our Gîtes de Charme which are fully equipped. It is a little paradise with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. Old trees and lots of flowers! Come and have a look and enjoy!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The total price includes:

Linen for all beds
Towels and bath towels for the pool
Electricity

Cleaning costs per stay € 35,-

A baby cot for children up to 2 years old costs € 17.50 per stay.

You can also make use of our breakfast service, € 12.50 p.p.p.d. This is served in the garden or our salon de manger.

You can cancel free of charge up to 6 weeks before the reservation date. After that, you will be charged the full amount.

We, Arie and Felice, have been coming to the beautiful village of Ginestas in the Côte du Midi for a long time. In 2020 we were able to realize our dream and we bought this Maison de Maître with two spacious gîtes/apartments which we have completely renovated. We would like to welcome you in our Gîtes de Charme, which are fully equipped. We also offer the option of enjoying a continental breakfast in the authentic dining room of our Maison or in the lovely garden, for a fee. We hope, together with our dog Daan, to offer you a fantastic time in this unique environment. It is wonderful to stay in the South of France in the Côte du Midi, the small part of the sub-tropical part of the whole of France! Our Maison de Maître is located in the middle of the old center of Ginestas, with our two spacious gîtes/apartments attached to it. Maison du Midi is surrounded by a large garden, swimming pool, sun terrace, but there are also many shady spots under our olive tree and tall trees. The village of Ginestas has a bakery, a small supermarket, a pharmacy, bank, post office, two restaurants (La Table du Casino and Les Trois Cochons), a wine/tapas bar (L'Oncle Jules) and a Sushi bar (chez Tantine). The Côte du Midi is very versatile. From Ginestas it is a short distance to all kinds of beautiful old towns such as Narbonne, Carcassonne (World Heritage) and Beziers. You can visit lively markets or the famous Vide Greniers (brocante) here in the south of France. You can go to the Mediterranean in 30 minutes (Narbonne-Plage). The Montagne Noir, including the Cathar village Minerve, is close by. The Canal du Midi (World Heritage) can be reached on foot (2 km). In the village of Le Somail, on the Canal du Midi, (3 km) you will find nice terraces and restaurants with summer jazz music. This area is a true paradise for bird watchers and hikers. A visit to Barcelona or Girona yourself can be realized in one day. In short, Welcome and Enjoy!
