Villa Annabelle

Both the air-conditioned living room and the bedrooms (air-conditioned) open onto the large covered terraces. These connect to the simple but calmly decorated garden where a nice space has been created for a terrace with of course a BBQ at your disposal. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the view of the rolling countryside. The heated swimming pool (4x8) with the spacious terrace around it is located a little lower. A wide staircase leads to this terrace where it is wonderful to stay or the available sunbeds. You can park your car on the property behind the gate.

From the villa you have a view of the wine region of the Minervois to the Montagne Noir. The spacious and very pleasant covered terraces ensure that you have a nice place to do your meals at any time of the day, wonderful shady places to relax, read with a good book or have pleasant conversations while enjoying a drink.  It is also a good starting point for your trips to the many places of interest that you will find in the area.

Entering the spacious hall are the bedrooms on your left, the dining and living room on the right and the storage room and the complete and cozy kitchen right in front of you. The living and dining room is stylishly furnished and has patio doors to the large covered terrace. There are three bedrooms.  All bedrooms have 2X 90X200 beds. All bedrooms have patio doors leading to a large covered terrace. There are 2 bathrooms, both with shower, one of which has an extra toilet. There is a toilet in the main hall. The washing machine and dryer are located in the utility room. The living room and all bedrooms are air-conditioned.
