The spacious and bright living space of 50 m², with a 55" LED screen, connects to a modern open kitchen, fully equipped. Through large sliding doors you enter the covered south-facing terrace with plancha and a phenomenal view of the Canigou, the Corbières, the Montagne Noire, the village with its abbey, the garden and the swimming pool.
Three comfortable bedrooms:
A parental suite with double bed (160 x 200), large closet, desk, private bathroom, separate toilet, and balcony with a view of nature (morning sunny side).
A second bedroom with double bed (160 x 200), closet, small desk and unobstructed view (evening sun side).
A third bedroom on the mezzanine with bed (140 x 190), wardrobe, desk and view of the surrounding nature.
