The MANOIR is a large stately country house, surrounded by a beautiful French garden and located in the middle of a village. And what a village; Bize-Minervois, you will not find it more French with the weekly market, a few restaurants, a flea market, a bar for morning coffee and of course a fresh bakery and a small supermarket and much more.
And .. when you walk out of the front door you are within 5 minutes with your feet in the Cesse, a super fun river where old and young come together to swim and have a picnic!
Our large beautiful home exudes old world allure, beautiful old floors, fireplaces, carved ceilings, stained glass doors and two large front and back balconies made for a princess worthy balcony scene.
On the ground floor is a spacious kitchen with everything you need to cook for 15p. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with two tables for 8p each.
On the other side of the corridor you will find the 'old gentleman's room', which has been left in a stately state where you can quietly read a book or get together with your friends or family.
There are also two bedrooms with a shared ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. The spacious third bedroom on the ground floor has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. (This bedroom is suitable for 3p) On the ground floor there is a general toilet.
On the first floor you will find the nice living room, large with wonderful professional sofas.
There is also bedroom 4 with its own shower and sink.
Bedroom 5, 6 and 7 share a bathroom. The separate toilet for the upper floor can be found in the hallway.
Outside in the front garden we have built the terrace for breakfast or any other meal and next to the house there is a second terrace with a view over the deeper park-like garden. 4) , type endless pool with the same view and sun to the last blade!
The MANOIR is close to the beautiful Narbonne (it also belongs to Grand Narbonne, Narbonne city with 37 villages around it), ancient Carcassonne or Hip & happening Montpellier.
And certainly not unimportant, the beautiful Mediterranean Sea with extensive sandy beaches, with beach bars and oysters are half an hour's drive away!
